This happens when a file type is not supported correctly you can follow a few steps to resolve this. Make sure your image is either jpg or png and your video is mp4. Make sure your file size isn’t too large, videos should be under 500mb and images under 5mb. Also make sure it is the correct ratio for your screen. If the content has been supplied by our in house design please raise a ticket and we can check any issues on our end for this.
